Each product can be set to a different price type - one-time purchase, monthly or yearly subscription.
On the right side of the dashboard, click on the gear icon beside products.
Click the pencil icon beside the product you wish to edit.
Select the product price type (One-Time Payment / Monthly / Yearly)
Click "Save".
