What are Customer Avatars?
Customer Avatars is a new feature that lets you create dedicated audience profiles separate from your Attractive Character. Your Attractive Character defines your voice — Customer Avatars define who you are speaking to. You can ask Marketing Secrets AI to write copy in your voice but targeted specifically at a named avatar, which is useful for split-testing two angles or messaging two distinct audiences with the same offer.
Can I import my existing Claude Skills into Marketing Secrets AI?
Yes. Click on Skills inside the platform and add your own. They work the same way as inside Claude — text files that tell the AI how to execute a specific task, similar to a standard operating procedure for an employee. Any skills you have already built in Claude can be copied across.
Which integrations are currently live?
As of Day 4, the following integration statuses apply:
Canva — fully integrated. Chief of Staff can create art and images directly inside Canva.
Shopify — not yet integrated as of Day 4.
ActiveCampaign — not yet integrated as of Day 4.
Kajabi — cannot integrate. Kajabi does not expose a public API, which makes integration technically impossible at this time.

Can Chief of Staff handle scheduled tasks automatically?
Yes. Chief of Staff supports agentic scheduling — you can give it instructions like 'send me a morning briefing at 9 AM,' 'remind me about this in an hour,' or 'check my email for new contacts I haven't replied to and add them to my dashboard.' Scheduled outputs appear as cards on the Feed view on your home dashboard.
Does the platform auto-select the best AI image model?
Yes. There is no manual model selector — the platform automatically routes image requests to whichever model is currently performing best (GPT Image, Nano Banana, or others) and updates as new models become available. You do not need to choose.
Do I need to watch every course in the Russell Brunson Course Library?
No. Chief of Staff is fully indexed against every course, keynote, podcast, and book in the library. Ask a question and it will surface the exact video and timestamp where Russell answered it. You can also skip the video entirely — tell Chief of Staff 'use this framework to write an email for my avatar' and it will execute directly using the course content as context.
What is 'mythos' that Todd mentioned on Day 4?
Todd referenced something he had seen in a closed-door meeting in San Francisco but was not yet able to share publicly. Details on emerging technology like this are shared with members through the monthly Never Be Left Behind sessions inside Marketing Secrets AI as they become available.
