The $2,997 upgrade is essentially a prepayment for 6 months of the $297/mo plan, bundled with a set of high value bonuses that are scheduled to take place during that 6-month window. After the 6 months end, customers automatically continue on the $297/mo plan at the regular monthly rate. They are not dropped to the $97/mo plan unless they actively choose to downgrade.

What changes after the 6 months is access to the time-limited bonuses tied to the upgrade window. These include live and virtual sessions that are scheduled to take place during the first 6 months and any other bonus content that was specifically guaranteed only for the upgrade period. Once those events have run, they have run — they are not re-broadcast at the $297 tier.

All Platinum-tier features that come with the $297/mo plan continue uninterrupted: Chief of Staff AI, Monthly Sprint Mini Courses, Marketing Apps, Social Media Management Apps, Agency Apps, Platinum Apps (Split Testing and Overskill Beta), and 3,000 monthly base credits (3x base credits).

The 5 seat licenses included with the $2,997 upgrade are only guaranteed if you remain on the $297/mo plan. If you downgrade to $97/mo, you will lose access completely.

Downgrading from the $297/mo plan to the $97/mo plan removes several features. Customers keep Chief of Staff AI, Monthly Sprint Mini Courses, Marketing Apps, Social Media Management Apps, and Agency Apps. The features and resources that are removed are listed below.

The $97/mo plan does not include Platinum Apps. This means customers lose access to Split Testing. They also lose access to the Overskill platform entirely — Overskill is included on the $297/mo plan as ongoing platform access, but not at the $97/mo tier. Any Overskill credits already purchased separately from Overskill are tied to the Overskill account; for questions about purchased Overskill credits, contact [email protected].

Note: Overskill on the $297/mo plan provides platform access with 0 included Overskill credits per month(after the initial 6 months/72k bonus credits). Credits to actually use Overskill are purchased separately from Overskill directly. Customers downgrading from Marketing Secrets AI $297 to $97 lose the platform access entirely; customers staying on $297 keep Overskill platform access but still need to purchase credits separately to use Overskill features that require them.

The $297/mo plan includes 3 seat licenses for team members. The $97/mo plan does not include any seat licenses, so additional team members lose access at the time of downgrade.

Credits are the in-platform currency used to perform AI tasks inside MarketingSecrets.AI. The $97/mo plan includes 1,000 base credits per month. The $297/mo plan includes 3x base credits, or 3,000 credits per month. Downgrading reduces the monthly credit allocation by 2,000.

Books, courses, and similar content that live inside the platform at the Platinum tier are not downloadable. If a feature is removed at the $97/mo plan, the associated content goes with it at the time of downgrade.

There is currently no option to subscribe directly to the $297/mo plan as a new purchase. The $2,997 AI-Powered Product Launch upgrade is the only available entry point to that tier. Customers who downgrade to $97/mo and later want to return to $297/mo cannot do so by simply paying $297. They would need to wait for the $2,997 offer (or a comparable future offer) to be available again.

Downgrades are not prorated. You are prepaying for the current billing period. A downgrade selected mid-cycle takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keeps full access to your current plan until that period ends. For customers on the $2,997 upgrade, this means the earliest a downgrade to $97/mo could take effect is the end of month 6.
