What's NOT included with VIP
To save you some confusion, VIP does not include:
Platinum-level access
Tickets to the in-person Boise event

How do I access the live VIP sessions?
Your VIP Zoom link is sent by email only, before each daily VIP session.
We send the link by email (rather than posting it on a page) to make sure only VIPs get access to the VIP room. The sender is:
The VIP session begins one hour before the main daily challenge session. Be sure to use the VIP-specific link from your email — not the general challenge link.

How do I access the daily replays during the challenge?
Each night at 8pm ET, the replay for that day's session is emailed to all VIPs. The sender is:

Important: The replay links in those emails are only valid for 24 hours. After that, they expire.

You'll log in using the same email you used at VIP checkout.
If you missed a replay and the 24-hour window has passed, don't worry — you still get lifetime access through your Marketing Secrets AI account after the challenge ends (see the next section).
How do I access my replays after the challenge?
Once the challenge ends, all of your replays move into your Marketing Secrets AI account and you have lifetime access to them there. You'll log in with the email you used at VIP checkout and find the replays inside your account.
This is one of the biggest VIP benefits — the replay links during the challenge expire after 24 hours, but the lifetime versions inside your Marketing Secrets AI account never expire.
What if my login email is different from my checkout email?
If you accidentally used a different email at checkout, or there's a typo in your checkout email, reply here with:
The email you used at checkout (even if it has a typo or you can't access it)
The email you'd like to use going forward
Your VIP order confirmation or receipt
We'll fix the access on our end. Email changes need to be done by a human on our team for security reasons, so please give us a few hours to get back to you.
Common questions
Am I actually signed up for VIP? Check your inbox for an order confirmation from [email protected]. If you have it, you're signed up. If you can't find it, reply here with the email you used at checkout and we'll confirm on our end.
I missed the live VIP session — can I still get the replay? Yes. Replays are part of VIP. You'll get the replay link by email at 8pm ET that night, and after the challenge ends you'll have lifetime access through your Marketing Secrets AI account.
The replay link from the email isn't working. The replay links in our nightly emails are only valid for 24 hours. If yours has expired, no problem — once the challenge ends, all replays are available with VIP lifetime access in your Marketing Secrets AI account.
Is VIP a recurring subscription? Yes. VIP includes a 14 day free trial of Marketing Secrets and then when that trial ends, will be $97/mo.
How long do I have access to the VIP replays? You have lifetime access to the replays inside your Marketing Secrets AI account after the challenge ends. The during-challenge email links are valid for 24 hours each, but the lifetime versions never expire.
