When does the challenge start?

The challenge starts at 1pm ET each day. The VIP sessions will take place after the general session each day. 

Where do I access the challenge? 

You will be emailed your access link to the challenge. Please make sure you check your spam or junk folders. 

What is the refund policy?

I chose the pay later option, when will I be charged?

We will charge the payment method you added 7 days after the challenge ends. You should get notified by email a few days before that take place. 

What if I did not gain any value and I would not like my credit card to be charged? 

No worries! Just send our support team an email letting us know you do not want to be charged for this. You can email us support@marketingsecrets.com 

Will there be replays? 

Replays are ONLY included when you upgrade to VIP for either $197 or $297.

How will I get the replays from the challenge?

If you upgraded to VIP you will get access to the replays. We expect them to be available 2 weeks after the challenge ends. You should receive an email notifying you when they are available with your access link. 

How much is VIP and what is included?

We have 2 options for VIP and both of these options include access to event replays. 

• $97 - Fly on the Wall where you can attend the VIP session and hear Russell, Kathryn, and Greg give direct feedback that could help you and your business.

Where can I find the affiliate link in my dashboard?

You can log into your Affiliate dashboard HERE. You will find your affiliate link under "Campaigns".

How much would I earn promoting the Sell Funnels Challenge?

You will earn 100% per ticket sold. Then you can earn 40% on OTOs and Bumps. 

When someone used my link, where would I see that on my end? 

You will see those sales under the "Commissions" section of your Affiliate Dashboard. 

How can I get paid out commission I earned?

When you earn your first $100 worth of commission you can log into your affiliate dashboard you will see the option to set up your Tipalti account. Approval from our affiliate team is also required, and you must agree and adhere to our affiliate terms. 

What is Tipalti?

Tipalti is a third-party app designed to organize tax documents and distribute payments to our affiliates on the 1st and 15th of each month per our payout guidelines. In order to get you paid for your commissions you must have tax documentation on file with us. This is mandatory no matter which country you live in.

What are the requirements for getting paid out?

30-day cooling-offThe total needs to be $100 or more and all payments must go through a 30 day cooling off period before you can get paid out. Once you meet those requirements and your Tipalti account is approved as payable, we pay our affiliates out on the 1st and 15th of each month.
