Can I use MarketingSecrets.AI for more than one business?
Yes. You can create multiple workspaces within one account — one for each business — or invite team members to specific workspaces if your team needs separate access per business. Each workspace has its own Chief of Staff, brain, integrations, Attractive Characters, and asset library, so business contexts stay cleanly separated.
Can my team use my Attractive Character voice?
Yes. You can grant team members access to your Attractive Character profile so that anything they create on your behalf — emails, scripts, webinars — automatically uses your voice.
How many seat licenses do I get with my plan?
Seat licenses let you give team members their own login to your workspaces. The number of seats depends on your plan:

How do I give a team member their own login?
To give a team member their own login to your workspace, you must add them through Team & Seats. The path is:
Log in to MarketingSecrets.AI
Go to the workspace you want to invite them to
Open Team & Seats inside that workspace
Click Add team member
Enter their email address and complete the invite
Once added, the team member receives an email invitation. They set up their own password and log in with the email address you invited them with — they should NOT share your login credentials, and they should not try to log in with your email address.
My team member was added but they can't log in. What happened?
To fix this, go to the workspace you want them to access, open Team & Seats, and add them as a team member there. They will receive an email invitation to set up their own login.
If you have already added the team member through Team & Seats and they still cannot log in, check the following:
Confirm the team member is using the exact email address you used to invite them
Have them check spam, promotions, and updates folders for the invite email
If the invite email is missing, you can resend it from Team & Seats
Make sure the team member is not trying to log in with your email or your password — they need to use the email address invited to them, with their own password
You can delete the invite and try sending it again. Make sure they check their spam or junk folder for the email.
What does a team member see when they log in?
Team members see the workspace they were invited to. When you invite them, you will also see what they have access to.
What happens if I run out of seat licenses?
Each plan includes a fixed number of seat licenses (see above). In the future, the option to buy more seats should be available, but there is no eta on when that will be.
