MarketingSecrets.AI: Workspaces – Managing Multiple Businesses and Clients

Workspaces are fully isolated environments inside Marketing Secrets AI for those who upgraded to the $2997 offer. Each workspace has its own Chief of Staff, memory and brain, integrations, Attractive Characters, team members, and asset library.

How many workspaces can I create?

Platinum members can create multiple workspaces. Each workspace starts with approximately 1,000 credits, but credits are pooled across all workspaces — so if you are on the $2,997 plan with 5,000 credits, you can use them in any workspace without credits getting stranded in an unused one.

How do I delete a workspace?

You can delete a workspace directly from within MarketingSecrets.AI. Click the workspace dropdown, select My Workspace, then go to Workspace Settings. From there, you can manage the workspace name and general settings — including deleting the workspace.

Should I put each client in its own workspace?

Yes. Sharing a workspace between yourself and a client mixes memories, goals, and integrations, which confuses Chief of Staff and produces less accurate outputs. A separate workspace per client also lets you connect their social accounts, email platform, and other integrations without exposing your own.

Can I have a personal workspace separate from my business workspace?

Yes — and this is recommended. A personal workspace keeps your private data (health records, journal entries, personal goals) completely separate from your business context. Chief of Staff in that workspace can answer personal questions with full personal history context without that data bleeding into your business outputs.

Can multiple Attractive Characters live in one workspace?

Yes — this is useful when you have co-founders or two personas representing the same business. However, you should not combine multiple separate businesses into a single workspace. One workspace per business is the right structure.

Is there a limit to how much I can upload to the Attractive Character?

No. The system is configured with no upload limit. Russell encouraged uploading everything — books, podcast archives, Zoom transcripts, voice memos, journal entries, speeches, coaching playbooks, and any other text-based content. The voice style sheet updates as new content is added and tracks how your speaking style evolves over time.

How do I use my Story Inventory in writing?

Ask Chief of Staff or any writing app — One-to-Many Emails, VSL Scripts, and others — to find stories from your Story Inventory that fit the topic you are writing about. The system surfaces matching stories and generates five to six hooks for each one. The larger your story database, the more options you have to work with.
