How to Access the Marketing Secrets Community (Backstage Pass)

Think of it like a private Facebook group, just owned by us. This article covers what's inside, who has access, and what to do if you can't get in.

What's inside the Community?

The Community includes:

  • Discussions — connect with other Marketing Secrets members, share what you're working on, ask questions, and learn from people doing similar work

  • Open Office Hours — information on when our Office Hours sessions happen and how to join

  • Open Office Hours replays — recorded past sessions you can watch any time, found under Courses → Replays → Community Live Streams


Who has access to the Community?

The Community is included if you have an active Marketing Secrets account. That means you get access if you:

  • Upgraded your AI Secrets Challenge registration to VIP (which includes a 14-day Marketing Secrets AI trial)

  • Are a Marketing Secrets Platinum member

  • Are a Marketing Secrets member at $97/mo


How do I access the Community?

You access the Community at:

Sign up and log in with the same email you used for your Marketing Secrets account. If your Backstage Pass account is under different emails, this is the most common reason access doesn't work.


I have an active Marketing Secrets account, but I'm being asked to pay $97/month to join — what's going on?

If you're already a Marketing Secrets member (VIP, Platinum, or otherwise) and you're seeing a $97/month upgrade prompt when you try to access the Community, that shouldn't happen and we want to fix it for you.

Reach out to support with:

  1. The email you used for your Marketing Secrets account

  2. A screenshot of the upgrade prompt

  3. Your order confirmation or receipt for VIP, Platinum, or your subscription

We'll check your account and restore access from our end.


Can I invite my team members to the Community?

The Community is for the account owner only — team members on your account don't get individual Community access through your membership. If your teammates would like to join, they would need their own Marketing Secrets account.


What if my Marketing Secrets account ended or my trial expired?

If you had Community access through a VIP trial that ended or a membership that lapsed, your Community access ended along with it. If you'd like to come back, let us know and we'll help you figure out the right path.


What if my login email is different from my checkout email?

If you used a different email at checkout or there's a typo, email [email protected] with:

  1. The email you used at checkout (even if it has a typo or you can't access it)

  2. The email you'd like to use going forward

  3. Your order confirmation or receipt

Email changes need to be made by a human on our team for security reasons, so please give us a few hours to get back to you.


Common questions

Does the VIP Backstage Pass include the Marketing Secrets Community? Yes. Your VIP Backstage Pass includes a 14-day trial of the Marketing Secrets AI account, and that trial includes Community access for the length of the trial.

Are there live events or office hours inside the Community? Yes — we host Open Office Hours sessions for Community members. Information on the next session is posted inside the Community, and replays of past sessions live under Courses → Replays → Community Live Streams.

My team members can't see the Community even though I'm logged into the same account. The Community is for account owners only. Team members would need their own Marketing Secrets account to join.
